What You'll Need

For most transactions under $200K, the application itself is all we need. For larger transactions, we may request additional documentation after reviewing your application.

App-Only (up to $200K):

  • Basic business information
  • Equipment details (type, vendor, price)
  • Business owner information
  • Social Security or EIN

Larger Transactions (over $200K):

  • Business tax returns (2 years)
  • Bank statements (3–6 months)
  • Equipment invoice or quote
  • Financial statements (if applicable)
